Hydrogeological Assessment for Irrigation Development

Project Summary
ND Geosciences Ltd. provided comprehensive hydrogeological consulting services to support the development of a groundwater supply for an irrigation project near Leader, SK. The scope of work included stratigraphic drilling to characterize subsurface conditions, followed by the installation of a production water well and observation wells to monitor aquifer response. To evaluate aquifer performance and groundwater availability, NDGL conducted a detailed aquifer testing program, including step-drawdown testing and a long-term constant-rate pumping test. The collected data were analyzed to assess aquifer hydraulic properties, well efficiency, and sustainable groundwater yield.
