Nalinda Dissanayake, M.Sc., P.Eng., President of ND Geosciences Ltd., brings over 17 years of consulting engineering experience primarily across Saskatchewan. His career has been built on strong technical capability, practical problem solving, and a commitment to delivering reliable subsurface information that supports sound engineering decisions throughout all phases of a project.

His geotechnical experience includes leading comprehensive subsurface investigations, implementing geotechnical instrumentation programs, coordinating and interpreting laboratory testing, and performing numerical modelling and engineering analysis. He has contributed to foundation design for a range of infrastructure and building projects and has prepared numerous technical reports, proposals, and tender documents. Nalinda also has extensive experience providing construction supervision and construction-phase support to help ensure design intent and quality objectives are achieved in the field.

Nalinda's hydrogeological background includes delivering projects ranging from site-scale investigations to regional groundwater assessments. His work has involved stratigraphic drilling programs, groundwater monitoring installations, aquifer characterization, and integrated groundwater evaluations for municipal, industrial, agricultural, and private-sector clients. Additional experience includes water supply well design and installation oversight, pumping test planning and analysis, water well licensing, and overall project management.
